We make sure all our patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of.
We ask that you sign in with our receptionist each time you visit the office. If you are a new patient, please complete the patient information forms and let the staff copy your insurance card(s) and photo ID. Give the staff any test results or referral authorizations. Please update and correct any medical or insurance information if you are an established patient. Be assured that all of your information is considered confidential and is not released without your written permission.
For your convenience, patients are seen by appointment only. To schedule an appointment call 513-662-3500 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and if no answer leave a message and the staff will call you to schedule your appointment.
Patients are seen on Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Surgeries are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you must cancel a preoperative appointment, please call at the earliest opportunity. Please call and discuss options concerning postoperative appointments.
Rank O. Dawson, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S., received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and completed his internship in General Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Further education included a General Surgery residency and a Chief Resident year at the Allentown Affiliated Hospitals in Allentown,Pennsylvania. A Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency including a chief resident year followed in the Kettering Medical Center/Wright State University program in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Dawson has also completed a 12-month Christine M. Kleinert Institute Fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Inc. Dr. Dawson is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

We make every effort to prove our patients with efficient and cost-effective medical and surgical care. Our fees are usual and customary in the community of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Co-pays are due at the time of service and deductibles and other patient obligations are due at time of invoice. Unpaid co-pays will result in a $50.00 charge per visit.
All questions regarding your insurance, its coverage and limitations will be answered by our staff. Please understand, however, that your answers may require our staff to consult with your insurance company representatives.
